Cancellation policy

You can return the goods you were not satisfied with within 14 days (the 14-day period starts on the day you received the goods).

IMPORTANT INFO

This is an absolutely exceptional action. Please note that by participating, you are foregoing a monetary refund. Therefore, if you intend to return your purchases, the seller will only issue you a voucher for the price you specifically paid for the returned items. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used to purchase any other Anike Ekina product of your choice during this period. The voucher is personal to you and can only be used for purchases made through your user's account.

Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size / color, NOT a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order.

Returns are free of charge, which means we pay for the pickup/return of your items.

Schönberg Music Entertainment Germany GmbH is not obligated to take back the goods if they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods as you received them and note that we will not accept items without the tags attached.

Please note that returns of hygiene products, DVD's, BluRay, CD'S and items marked excluded from exchange will not be accepted. If they show signs of use or are not returned in the original designer box, these products are also excluded from exchange.

Delivery of damaged/wrong goods

Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive incorrect/damaged goods. These goods will be accepted as returns and exchanged/refunded.

Personalised items

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges or returns will be accepted for orders of personalised products.

REFUND PERIOD

Please note that we have up to 30 days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse to complete the refund.

Of course, we will do our best to refund your money as quickly as possible within 30 days.

-Refund payments on credit cards / PayPal accounts usually take up to 5 days from the time we receive the return in our warehouse.

-Refund payments to bank accounts usually take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return in our warehouse.

Please note that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order will NOT be refunded.
